Description
The Child Astrology Report is a Vedic birth chart (Janam Kundli) prepared for your child from their exact date, time and place of birth. Arjun, a Sydney-based Vedic astrologer, writes it for parents and grandparents who want to understand a child’s temperament, natural strengths and the planetary periods they will move through while growing up.
What’s included
- Panchang of the birth day, Avakahada Chakra and exact planetary degrees
- Lagna (rising sign), Moon, Navamsa and Bhava Chalit charts
- Your child’s birth Nakshatra and pada
- Vimshottari and Yogini Dasha periods
- A reading of each house, from temperament and learning to friendships and future partnerships, plus the role of every planet
- Important yogas and a Nakshatra Phal (birth-star reading)
- Sade Sati, Manglik, Kaal Sarp and Pitra Dosha checks
- Favourable days, numbers and colours, with gentle remedies where appropriate
Think of it less as fortune-telling and more as a map of tendencies: where your child may naturally shine, and where a little extra patience and support might help.
What I need from you
Your child’s date of birth, exact time of birth (the hospital record is usually the most reliable source) and place of birth. The report can be prepared at any age, from newborn to teenager.
Frequently asked questions
Can the chart help us choose a name?
Traditionally, yes. Each Nakshatra is divided into four padas, and each pada is linked to a starting sound. The report shows your child’s Nakshatra and pada so you can see which first syllables are considered auspicious.
Will it predict my child’s health or future?
It describes tendencies, not fixed outcomes, and it never replaces medical care. Houses linked to health show where extra attention may help; they are not diagnoses.
Should the chart be revisited later?
The chart itself stays the same, but Dasha periods change, and each new period brings different themes forward, from schooling to independence. Many families revisit it at key stages.
