These terms apply when you use astroresearch.com.au or order an astrology report, consultation, Vastu service or puja from Astro Research (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Our services
We provide Vedic astrology (Jyotish) reports and consultations, horoscope matching, Vastu advice and the arrangement of traditional pujas. Astrology describes tendencies and timing according to traditional methods. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial or other advice, and you remain responsible for your own decisions.
2. Your information
Your report depends on the birth details you give us. Please check your date, time and place of birth carefully before ordering. We are not responsible for inaccuracies that result from incorrect details. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Australian dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order you have already paid for.
4. Delivery
Reports are delivered by email in PDF format within the timeframe shown on each product page. Consultations take place at the booked time by phone or video call. For pujas, we will confirm the date and send any photos or prasad described on the product page. Delivery times for posted prasad depend on the postal service.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Intellectual property
Your report is prepared for your personal use. The content of this website, including articles and images, belongs to Astro Research or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to supplying the service again or refunding the price you paid for it. We are not liable for decisions you make based on a reading.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
