Time matters most, because the Lagna (rising sign) changes roughly every two hours and house positions shift within minutes. If you are unsure, check a birth certificate or hospital record, and tell me how reliable the time is.

Is a Vedic Kundli the same as a Western birth chart?
Both use your birth date, time and place, but Vedic astrology uses the sidereal zodiac, anchored to the fixed stars, while most Western astrology uses the tropical zodiac.
