Description
The Kaal Sarp and Manglik Dosha Report checks your birth chart for two much-discussed doshas and tells you honestly whether they apply, how strongly and what, if anything, to do about them. Arjun, a Sydney-based Vedic astrologer, prepares it for anyone preparing for marriage or told they have one of these doshas.
What’s included
- Birth chart essentials
- What Kaal Sarp Dosha and Manglik Dosha mean
- Whether either dosha is present in your chart, with cancellation factors considered
- Remedies (Upay) where they are needed
Manglik Dosha (Mangal or Kuja Dosha) relates to Mars in certain houses, traditionally the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 7th, 8th or 12th. Kaal Sarp Dosha describes all seven visible planets falling on one side of the Rahu–Ketu axis. Both are frequently over-diagnosed, and each has recognised conditions that reduce or cancel its effect.
What I need from you
Your exact date, time and place of birth. Manglik Dosha depends on which house Mars occupies, and the rising sign changes roughly every two hours, so a wrong time can create or erase the dosha on paper. Mention any uncertainty when you order.
Frequently asked questions
Does Manglik Dosha mean my marriage will fail?
No. It describes a tendency towards intensity in close relationships, not a fixed outcome, and it is often softened or cancelled. When both partners are Manglik, the effect is traditionally considered to balance out.
Can Kaal Sarp Dosha be cancelled?
Often, yes. If even one planet falls outside the Rahu–Ketu axis the pattern is broken, and a partial Kaal Sarp is generally considered much milder.
Will I be told I need a puja?
Only if your chart genuinely points that way. Remedies can be as simple as mantra, charity or fasting on particular days, and you are never pushed towards one you don’t need.
