The Basic Horoscope Reading is an accurate, calculation-focused record of your Vedic birth chart (Janam Kundli), prepared personally by Arjun, a Sydney-based Vedic astrologer. It suits students of Jyotish, anyone who already works with an astrologer, and people who simply want their chart set out correctly, without long written predictions.

What I need from you
Your exact date of birth, time of birth and place of birth (town or city and country). The time matters most, because the rising sign changes roughly every two hours and house positions can shift within minutes. A birth certificate or hospital record is the most reliable source. If your time is approximate, tell me when you order.

Who is the Basic Horoscope Reading for?
It is designed for people who want dependable chart data: Jyotish students, clients who consult another astrologer and need a clean set of calculations, and families who want a properly recorded Kundli to keep on file.
Will my Vedic signs match my Western star sign?
Often not. Vedic astrology uses the sidereal zodiac, aligned to the fixed stars, so many people find their Sun and Moon signs sit one sign earlier than in Western astrology. That difference is expected.
Does this report include predictions?
No. Dasha periods are listed with their dates but not interpreted. For written readings and timing, choose one of the interpreted reports instead.
