Navagraha Shanti Puja (Online)

There’s a particular kind of stuck feeling I hear about constantly in consultations: it isn’t one problem, it’s everything — a career that won’t move, a relationship under strain, sleep that won’t come easily, money that disappears faster than it arrives. When I check the chart, this pattern almost always traces back to more than one planet being poorly placed or afflicted at the same time — not a single graha acting up, but several working against you together.

In Vedic astrology, the nine grahas — Surya, Chandra, Mangal, Budh, Guru, Shukra, Shani, Rahu and Ketu — govern every dimension of your life: identity, emotion, drive, communication, wisdom, relationships, discipline, and the karmic undercurrents beneath it all. To understand whether your current struggles trace back to a single planet or several at once, read my guide on why “bad years” and “good years” aren’t random — the Dasha system explains the pattern. And if Saturn’s transit is part of what’s weighing on you specifically, my piece on what astrologers won’t tell you about Saturn’s return is worth reading first.

The Navagraha Shanti Puja is one of the oldest and most comprehensive rituals in the Vedic tradition — performed for millennia to restore cosmic equilibrium before weddings, house-warmings (griha pravesh), new ventures, and whenever multiple planetary influences are working against a person at once. Each graha is invoked in turn through mantras specific to it, offered its associated havan samagri, and requested to withdraw its harmful influence while strengthening its beneficial one. This isn’t about “cancelling out” the planets — Vedic tradition holds that they respond to sincere, correctly performed appeasement with genuine grace.

Where a Shani puja or a Rahu puja addresses one placement specifically, the Navagraha Shanti Puja is what you choose when the disruption is spread across your whole chart — and, practically, across your whole life. If Rahu or Ketu keep surfacing as a theme in your readings, see my article on why treating Rahu and Ketu as simply “bad planets” is exactly why their transits blindside you.

The benefit clients describe most often isn’t one dramatic change — it’s the ground stabilising underneath several areas of life at once, so the other work you’re doing (career moves, relationship repair, health routines) finally has something solid to stand on.

• An accurate sankalpa prepared from your birth details (date, time and place), personalising the ritual to you specifically.
• Full Vedic vidhi — mantra japa for all nine grahas and a havan (fire ritual), performed by qualified priests, unabridged.
• No need to be present — puja by proxy with your sankalpa is a well-established, fully valid Vedic practice. A live video link can be arranged on request if you’d like to watch.
• A full HD recording of the ceremony plus a written summary of exactly what was performed and why, sent within 24–48 hours.
• Sacred prasad from the puja, packed and posted directly to your Australian address.

A note from me, Arjun: I don’t perform these rituals casually, and I won’t recommend one to you unless your chart genuinely shows the need for it. Every Navagraha Shanti Puja I conduct follows strict Vedic adherence — correct mantras, correct samagri, correct sankalpa. I can’t promise instant transformation; I can promise it will be done properly, and that I’ll be honest with you about what it can realistically do for your situation.

Do I need to be present online for the puja?
No. The puja is performed on your behalf using your sankalpa (birth details and intention), which is a long-established practice in Vedic tradition. If you’d like to watch it happen, we’re happy to arrange a live video link — just let us know when booking.

How long does the Navagraha Shanti Puja take?
The full ritual, including mantra japa for all nine planets and the havan, typically takes between 2 and 3 hours. You’ll receive the recording within 24–48 hours of the puja’s completion.

What details do I need to provide when booking?
Your full name, date of birth, exact time of birth, and place of birth. Accurate birth time matters — it directly affects which planetary placements are identified as needing the most attention, so please provide it as precisely as you can (a birth certificate or hospital record is ideal if you’re unsure).
