Case Studies
Case Study 1: The "Divorce House" (Residential Vastu)
The Issue: A couple in Sydney, “Sarah and Mark,” were on the brink of separation. They fought daily, and Sarah suffered from chronic anxiety. The Diagnosis (Directions & Elements): Upon gridding their floor plan, Arjun found two major faults:
Kitchen in the North-East (NE): The NE is the Water zone (Mind/Clarity). A Kitchen represents Fire. By having Fire in the Water zone, they created an “Anti-Element” clash. This manifested as “boiling tempers” and neurological stress (brain fog).
Bedroom in the East-South-East (ESE): This is the zone of Churning and Anxiety. Sleeping here made them overthink every small issue.
The Solution (Devta & Element Correction)
Remedy: We placed a Green Baroda Stone under the gas burner to neutralize the Fire element without moving the kitchen (converting Fire to Wood/Air, which is friendly to Water).
Relocation: We moved their bed to the South-West (SW), the Earth zone. This is governed by the Pitra (Ancestors) and Gandharva (Preserver), promoting stability and bonding. The Result: Within 21 days, the fighting stopped. The “heat” left their relationship. Six months later, they are happily married.
Case Study 2: The Bleeding Business (Commercial Vastu)
The Issue: A manufacturing firm in Melbourne had a great product but zero liquidity. They were bleeding cash, and bank loans were being rejected. The Diagnosis (Zones & Devtas):
Toilet in the North-West (NW): The NW is the zone of Banking & Support. A toilet here represents “Disposal.” They were literally flushing their banking support down the drain.
Main Entrance in South-South-West (SSW): The SSW is the zone of Waste & Expenditure. Clients walked in and felt the product was a “waste” of money.
The Solution
Remedy 1: We treated the NW toilet with White Tape and Iron Metal Strips to block the negative energy. We invoked the energy of Vayu (Air) to restart support.
Remedy 2: We couldn’t move the door, so we used a Brass Helix beneath the threshold to stabilize the Earth element and block the negative disposal energy.
Activation: We placed a sculpture of a Pair of White Horses in the North-West to accelerate financial support. The Result: Two weeks later, a long-stalled bank loan was approved. Client conversions increased by 40% as the “waste” energy was neutralized.
