These are the first signals worth investigating properly, rather than something to self-diagnose and self-correct without guidance.

What “Correct” Actually Looks Like

Generally, North, East and North-East facing entrances are considered the most naturally favourable, provided they sit within the correct pada (sub-section) of that direction — not every point along the North wall is equally auspicious, which is another detail generic guides tend to flatten into “North is good”. Each cardinal wall is divided into multiple padas, each carrying a different ruling energy, so two doors on the same wall just a few metres apart can behave very differently.
