A kitchen represents fire, so fire sitting in the water zone is treated in Vastu as an element clash, often described as “heat” in the household. **Bedroom in the East-South-East:** this zone is traditionally linked with churning and overthinking, which is not ideal for rest. ### The correction Rather than move the kitchen, Arjun used a traditional element-balancing remedy under the cooktop and suggested the couple move their bedroom to the South-West, the earth zone associated with stability. **The couple told us home felt calmer after the changes.** Vastu is one influence among many, and we always encourage couples to seek relationship support alongside it.
